Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zestate you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Agents must be genuine, provide accurate listings, and hold any required licences. New agents and new/edited listings are subject to admin review and may be rejected or removed. By posting content you grant Zestate a licence to display and process it (including AI features) to operate the service. You retain ownership of your content.

No fraudulent, misleading, duplicate or unlawful listings; no harassment, scraping, or attempts to bypass security, verification, moderation or plan limits. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Do not post anything offensive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory or violent, and do not post photos or video you do not hold the rights to. Every reel is reviewed before it goes live. You can report any reel, comment or user from inside the app; reports go to our moderation team, and content that breaks these rules is removed — normally within 24 hours. You can also block any user, which stops their reels, comments and reviews reaching you and prevents either of you messaging the other. Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other people are suspended or permanently banned.

Agencies operate on plans and prepaid credits (1 credit = 1 AI-staged image). Paid features and limits (listing caps, team seats, featured slots, monthly credits) apply per your plan. Payments are handled by our gateway (Safepay). Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.

AI valuations, investment scores, staging, descriptions and answers are automated estimates and illustrations only, provided “as is”. They are not appraisals, guarantees, or financial or legal advice. Verify independently before transacting.

Zestate is a platform that connects buyers and agents. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any property transaction, listing accuracy, or the conduct of any user. Land records and pricing should be independently verified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zestate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from listings, transactions, or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable local law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
